Digital deliverables are transferred to clients through secure, industry-standard methods:
Email Delivery
- Use Case: Smaller files (<20MB total attachment size)
- File Types: PDFs, low-resolution mockups, presentation decks, documentation
- Security: Password-protected archives for sensitive materials
- Delivery Confirmation: Read receipts requested for critical deliveries
Cloud Storage Transfer
- Primary Services: Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer
- Use Case: Large files, complete asset packages, source files
- Access Period: Download links remain active for minimum 30 days
- File Organization: Clearly labeled folders with delivery notes
- Permissions: View and download only (no editing permissions)
Secure FTP / SFTP
- Use Case: Enterprise clients with specific security requirements
- Availability: Arranged upon client request for qualifying projects
- Setup: Client provides server credentials and access protocols
Physical Media (Exception Cases)
- Availability: By special request only, additional charges apply
- Use Case: Archive storage, regulatory compliance, air-gapped systems
- Formats: USB drives, external hard drives
- Shipping: Courier services at client expense
1.2 File Naming & Organization
Delivery Structure
All deliverables are organized with clear naming conventions:
- Project name or client abbreviation prefix
- Asset type or deliverable category
- Version number (e.g., v01, v02, FINAL)
- Date stamp (YYYYMMDD format)
