Meethi | Packaging Design Vision by KRT Design Studio Pvt. Ltd.
For Meethi, KRT Design Studio envisions a new language of Indian luxury gifting, where mithai packaging transcends functionality and becomes an experience of elegance, emotion, and cultural refinement. The design direction blends Indian heritage with contemporary luxury aesthetics through bespoke hamper structures, rich materiality, and sensory storytelling. Inspired by Indian craftsmanship, botanical Indian motifs, and Art Deco geometry, the packaging explores deep jewel-tone palettes, antique gold foiling, embossed textures, and tactile finishes that feel timeless yet globally aspirational. Rather than conventional festive boxes, Meethi hampers are imagined as collectible objects, featuring magnetic rigid structures, suede-lined interiors, layered reveals, monogram detailing, and reusable luxury formats. Every design element is curated to enhance perceived value, gifting prestige, and emotional connection. KRT’s unique execution approach combines detailed metallic foiling, multi-depth embossing, heritage motif abstraction, and material contrasts to create sophisticated unboxing experiences suitable for luxury retail, weddings, and premium corporate gifting. This partnership positions Meethi not merely as a mithai brand, but as a modern Indian luxury gifting house, elevating festive traditions into refined visual culture with strong brand recall, premium market positioning, and long-term collectible value.





Anand Sweets and Savouries | Premium Festive Packaging Design by KRT Design Studio Pvt. Ltd. For Anand Sweets, KRT Design Studio developed a festive packaging system that balanced the client’s vision of “affordable luxury” with a deeply rooted South Indian cultural identity. The objective was to create premium Diwali gifting that felt elegant, contemporary, and emotionally familiar while remaining commercially accessible for large-scale festive retail. The design language drew inspiration from traditional South Indian art, Royal architecture, silk saree palettes, classical motifs, and festive rituals, reinterpreted through a modern graphic lens. Rather than overt ethnic ornamentation, the visual approach focused on refined composition, bold geometry, and sophisticated colour layering. Deep Indian tones such as vermilion red, temple maroon, turmeric gold, peacock blue, emerald green, and antique copper became central to the packaging identity, creating a rich festive presence with strong shelf impact.
KRT’s execution combined contemporary typography, foil detailing, textured surfaces, and modular structural packaging to achieve premium perception within practical production economics. The result was a packaging collection that felt modern yet culturally authentic, elevating Anand Sweets’ festive gifting experience while strengthening brand recall, retail visibility, and emotional resonance across contemporary Indian consumers.
